Sourdough breads are coming out of the oven, cakes are being decorated and doughs are being kneaded. But we're also working on something that doesn't smell quite this much: shaping our brand strategy. It's about finding the words for who we really are, where we're headed and what we want to stand for – not just for you who follow us, but equally for ourselves.
Over the years we've grown and evolved, and with that comes a natural need to pause and reflect. Who are we? How do we communicate in a way that feels just as genuine, clear and effortless as our craft – with you our customers, and with our team? These are the questions driving the work we're doing now.
The strategy covers our core values, our visual identity and our approach to sustainability – things that are close to our hearts and that we want to shine through in everything we do.
Most importantly, this work is being done together. We're collaborating with the Ostrobothnian design agency Studio Frekvens, and above all – we're bringing in you, our customers, and our staff. You know Aroma best, and your voices and ideas are essential to us. We're also grateful that the project is co-funded by the European Union, which allows us to give this work the depth and care it deserves.
This takes time, and we're right in the middle of it. We'll share the journey as we go – the insights we gain, the decisions we make and how it all gradually starts to take shape.
